I have been working with Ray on business development for many years as both a pharmacy manager and as a pharmacy owner. I began my working relationship with Ray in early 2007.
All areas of the pharmacy business performance were evaluated by Ray. Specific areas of concern that Ray assisted with were staff performance, recruitment, retention, training and implementation of new pharmacy programs; marketing – program development targets and strategies and program evaluation; financial performance of the business – specifically formulary compliance, inventory control and revenue targets and the strategies to meet specific targets and business growth and expansion targets, timelines and strategies.

Be as honest with Ray as you can be. The more he has the true picture of what’s really going on, the better and more valuable the advice to you will be.
Be open to new ideas and if you agree to try something, do it to the best of your abilities. Ray will not hesitate to hold you to account.
