Time and time again I hear pharmacy owners telling me that the company they are with are offering them services, apps, programs and drop ships without a real sales strategy to measure a ROI. What\u2019s going on here!<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t get me wrong. The sales process on merchandise is very important. It\u2019s so important that your company should be advising you to buy it and sell, but they don\u2019t advise you where to reach out to in the community to turn the stock at least twice.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s becoming abundantly clear that they are trying to sell you stuff to make money off you, not to help you make money. So what do you?
